About District 16

District 16 Oklahoma Toastmasters is one of many Districts within Toastmasters International. The mission of District 16 is to build new clubs and support the 50+ Toastmasters clubs throughout the state while supporting the mission of Toastmasters International of empowering individuals in becoming more effective communicators and leaders. In addition, District 16 supports and promotes the mission of each club in providing a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
