ABOUT DISTRICT 16 TOASTMASTERS
District 16 Oklahoma Toastmasters is one of many Districts within Toastmasters International, and predominantly covers the state of Oklahoma.
The mission of District 16 is to build new clubs and support the 60+ Toastmasters clubs throughout the state while supporting the mission of Toastmasters International of empowering individuals in becoming more effective communicators and leaders.
In addition, District 16 supports and promotes the mission of each club in providing a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
How to learn more about Toastmasters or become a Toastmaster:
- Find a local Toastmasters club near you at Toastmasters.org/Find-a-Club
- Visit one or more Toastmasters clubs as a guest to observe a club meeting to find a club to meet your needs (time, location, etc.).
- Attend a speech contest or other club or District sponsored event.
