Toastmasters Leadership Institute in Oklahoma City. Club officers must attend TLI training twice each Toastmaster year. Any non-officer club members are encouraged to attend if they are interested in become an officer, want to learn more about the other training topics, and become more informed as Toastmasters members/leaders.
